REFF & ASSOCIATES is looking for a lawyer to join our Regulatory team.
PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS
– BAR membership;
– 2-3 years of professional experience in a law firm or as in-house lawyer, with significant involvement in civil and commercial law, consumer protection and real estate matters; experience in environmental law is a plus;
– sound legal reasoning, thoroughness, very good legal writing skills;
– team worker, efficient, good communicator, flexible and adaptable;
– fluency in written & spoken English is necessary; German is an advantage.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL
– advise clients in various industries on all types of environmental law, food safety, regulatory and consumer protection aspects applicable to their activities;
– assist clients during environmental permitting procedures and during controls by environmental and food safety authorities;
– work closely with colleagues from other Deloitte functions and with non-Deloitte experts to find easy to implement and timely solutions to the matters of interest for clients;
– work in a dynamic and competitive environment, which preserves a collegial culture;
– have access to the rich local and global research and training resources of our network;
– has direct contact and interact closely with clients and colleagues from other geographies.
