VOLCIUC – IONESCU is looking for a Corporate/M&A Associate to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS
– 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 or 2020 law school graduate with excellent academic records;
– experience in Corporate/M&A of 1 to 3 years;
– sector expertise such as technology, energy, real estate or life sciences is a significant plus;
– fluency in English is a must.

SKILLS
– ability to balance priorities and co-ordinate work effectively;
– excellent analytical skills, an eye for detail and the big picture;
– ability to multi-task, solution oriented and proactive.
