LUCU & ASOCIAȚII is a boutique law firm with a team of 5 members located in Bucharest, Sitraco Centre Office Building, Unirii Square looking for a lawyer to start as soon as possible. The firm predominantly serves domestic and international legal entities on business legal matters.

This is a full-time opportunity based in Bucharest.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IS/ HAS
– at least 3 years of significant legal experience, either from an in-house environment or from a firm;
– the ability to manage legal matters independently with minimal supervision;
– English language skills; and
– able to manage priorities and deadlines.

The ideal candidate has to be able to review, negotiate and draft a wide variety of commercial contracts, including but not limited to, lease contracts, routine supply agreements, service agreements, and construction agreements.

Experience managing civil and/ or commercial litigation will be considered an asset.
