REFF & ASSOCIATES is looking for a Lawyer to join our Environmental Law team.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
– BAR membership;
– 3-6 years of professional experience in a law firm or as in-house lawyer, with significant involvement in environmental law and civil and commercial law;
– sound legal reasoning, thoroughness, very good legal writing skills;
– team worker, efficient, good communicator, flexible and adaptable;
– fluency in written & spoken English is necessary; French or German are an advantage.
YOUR FUTURE ROLE
Reff & Associates is looking for experienced lawyer to join our Environmental Law practice.
As part of the Environmental Law team you will:
– advise clients in various industries on all types of environmental law aspects applicable to their activities;
– assist clients in verifying environmental compliance (e.g., environmental audits, with or without technical environmental experts, reviews of procedures, etc.);
– help clients in ensuring compliance (e.g., contract drafting, clarifying applicable requirements, liaising with environmental authorities, etc.);
– assist clients during environmental permitting procedures and during controls by environmental authorities;
– work closely with colleagues from other Deloitte functions and with non-Deloitte experts to find easy to implement and timely solutions to the matters of interest for clients;
– work in a dynamic and competitive environment, which preserves a collegial culture;
– have access to the rich local and global research and training resources of our network;
– have direct contact and interact closely with clients and colleagues from other geographies.
