KINSTELLAR is looking for an Employment Lawyer with minimum 3 years of practical experience in Bucharest.

We are looking for a new colleague in our employment team with minimum 3 years of experience, who meets the following criteria:
– have a law degree from a reputable Romanian university and at least 3 years of practical experience in the employment practice; any additional practice area expertise (e.g. dispute resolution) would be beneficial and will bring additional value;
– is driven and finds motivation in working on complex transactions/ projects for international clients and global law firms;
– with attention to detail, teamwork, great communication and organisational skills, wants to work in a team that is praised for the consistently high quality of their work;
– very good English drafting and speaking skills.
