IF YOU HAVE
– at least 1 year of professional experience as a fully-fledged attorney;
– previous experience in working with business clients (mandatory);
– previous experience in M&A/Private Equity/VC (would be an advantage);
– top notch writing and speaking skills in English and Romanian;
– sound legal reasoning, thoroughness, very good legal drafting skills;
– business drive;
– excellent communication and teamworking skills;
– proactivity, inventiveness, capacity of bringing new ideas to the team (and passion) to implement;
