SÎRBU & VORNICU LAW is hiring an Associate lawyer | Commercial & Business Law.
We’re looking for qualified lawyers with experience in commercial & business law.
An interest in corporate and M&A, intellectual property, contracts drafting and negotiation, and/or investment related matters are a plus. Of course, since we advise corporations offering diverse technology and investment related products, applicants with an interest in software, fintech, blockchain, AI, etc. legal related matters are more than welcomed to apply.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS
– qualified Lawyer – Member of the Bar Association (stagiar/definitiv);
– good legal English (knowledge of other languages, especially Spanish and Italian, are a plus);
– knowledge of Romanian civil, business and commercial law;
– experience involving contracts, corporate, consultancy, due diligence;
– attention to details & rigorous and creative legal thinking;
– business focused thinking, having the ability to make smart decisions in complex (legal and business) situations
pragmatic and an independent mindset and a “can-do” attitude.
