Paduraru Boncu Grigoriu CAG is a law firm with a strong expertise in Business Law and Litigations and we are looking for a Senior Lawyer with experience in Commercial & Corporate law and Litigations.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS
– member of a Romanian Bar Association;
– 5+ years of experience in corporate law;
– proficiency in legal English;
– good understanding of the client’s business and needs;
– trustworthiness, method, attention to detail;
– excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
– ability to work as part of a team and also to manage projects individually;
– experience in litigation is a plus.

As a member of our team, you will have the chance to work on a wide range of projects, providing valuable legal advice to our clients as well as drafting a variety of legal documents, such as legal memos, contracts, and
due-diligence reports.
