The role of Litigation Lawyer is a full-time, on-site position located in Bucharest.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Litigation Lawyer will be responsible for handling a variety of litigation matters, including civil and commercial litigation. Their day-to-day tasks may include drafting pleadings and motions, meeting with clients to prepare for trials and hearings, and appearing in court. The successful candidate will need to be able to work well under pressure and prioritize competing demands on their time.

QUALIFICATIONS
– Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent degree from an accredited law school in Romania;
– minimum 4-5 years of experience working in litigation;
– strong written and oral communication skills;
– excellent research and analytical skills;
– ability to work independently and as part of a team;
– fluency in Romanian and English.
