EGNA Law Firm Navridis & Associates is recruiting full-time Lawyer, with a minimum of 2 years of experience as Definitive Lawyer to join the Consulting/Litigation team within the law firm.

REQUIREMENTS
– definitive lawyer, member of the Bucharest Bar Association, with at least 2 years of experience;
– solid legal knowledge of civil procedure, civil law and corporate law;
– experience in the field of energy is considered a plus;
– logical thinking and a developed spirit of observation;
– planning, organization and communication skills;
– ability to work in a team, efficiency, adaptability and responsibility;
– good knowledge of the Romanian language (written and spoken);
– communication skills in English (written and spoken).

RESPONSIBILITY
– managing requests from the assigned portfolio, including communication with clients;
– thorough study of entrusted cases and identification of the best solutions;
– drafting all legal documents related to entrusted files, as well as assisting or representing clients before the courts and/or before the state authorities.
