INTERO PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT is looking for a Junior Lawyer to join our Legal Team.

WHAT WE REQUIRE
– 0 to 2 years of professional experience, with a law degree earned from a reputable Romanian university and membership of the Bucharest Bar;
– excellent comprehensive knowledge of Romanian law;
– strong drive and willingness to learn;
– full professional proficiency in English;
– motivation in working on complex matters;
– a “can-do” and a pro-active attitude, a well-organized team player with attention to details.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
– drafts, negotiates and reviews reservation agreements, pre-sale-purchase agreements, sale-purchase agreements, lease agreements, etc. for the assets owned or developed by the group;
– drafts corporate documents, notifications, legal memorandums, reports and any other legal documents specific to a real estate developer day-to-day activities;
– works closely with Sales and Construction Teams to ensure that all contracts incorporate all technical and commercial points agreed for each project;
– complete any other tasks given by the Head of Legal.
