ABOUT YOU
The suitable candidate for this role:
– fully fledged lawyer with 4 to 5 years of professional experience in the areas of Commercial, Corporate and M&A. Relevant experience in Consumer Protection represents an advantage but is not mandatory;
– robust written and verbal communication skills in Romanian and English;
– ability to constructively interact with various practice groups and with all levels of seniority;
– attention to details and accuracy;
– open-minded and curiosity-driven behavior with a team player mindset.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As member of the BACIU PARTNERS team, you can expect to
– be involved into rendering legal advice and drafting analysis on a broad spectrum of matters concerning mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, corporate structures, corporate governance and general commercial advice;
– review and prepare legal documents to be used by the clients in relation to the consumers (including general or specific Terms & Conditions, guarantee certificates); reviewing and/or preparing commercial agreements governing the activities performed by the clients within the Romanian market; representing clients in front of the national authorities in the fields of relevance; research of legislation as well as business and technological trends that are of interest for the industries covered by our practices;
– have direct client interaction and matter management responsibilities from the outset, with responsibility for multiple projects.
