Are you a fully qualified lawyer with a passion for consultancy? We’re looking for a talented and proactive individual to join our dynamic team!

WHAT WE NEED
– Qualified Lawyer: Fully qualified and ready to take on new challenges.
– Experience: 2-5 years as a consultancy lawyer; litigation experience is a plus.
– Legal Expertise: Experience in civil law, corporate law, labor law, data privacy, intellectual property law, and competition law. Sports law is a bonus!
– Language Skills: Fluency in English (speaking and writing) is essential; French is a plus.
– Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technology.
– Organized & Proactive: Well-organized and always a step ahead.

YOUR ROLE
– Legal Analysis: Analyze legal or contractual frameworks for various client situations.
– Daily Legal Services: Provide legal services for clients’ daily business matters.
– Document Drafting: Draft legal reports/memos and review contracts; assist in contract negotiations.
– Representation: Assist and/or represent clients in front of authorities (e.g., Trade Registry, State Office for Inventions and Trademarks, Labor Office, courts).
– Legal Research: Conduct research on various legal issues and projects.
– Internal Projects: Contribute to internal projects like drafting newsletters/articles, attending professional seminars, and networking meetings.
