BĂICULESCU & ASOCIAȚII is currently expanding its team and is looking for two new colleagues to join its two main departments: Penal Law and Civil Law.

With a strong foundation in Penal Law, our practice has grown steadily over the years, leading to the development of three additional departments: Civil and Commercial Litigation, Administrative Disputes, and Trade Register Services.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking driven and disciplined individuals with proven experience in Penal Law or Civil Law. The ideal candidate is proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable both in the office and in court.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
– drafting procedural and legal documents related to criminal cases or civil cases;
– representing clients before judicial authorities;
– working closely with our team to deliver high-quality legal assistance and defense strategies;
– actively contributing to case analysis and legal research.
REQUIREMENTS
– a minimum of 2 years of experience as a fully qualified lawyer, with a focus on penal law or civil law;
– strong communication and interpersonal skills;
– professionalism, integrity, and a solution-oriented mindset;
– ability to work both independently and collaboratively;
– a genuine interest in advancing your legal career within a criminal law practice.
