HRISTESCU & PARTNERS is looking for a lawyer with experience in Dispute Resolution (civil and commercial).
The candidate should have a strong set of soft skills in working and communicating directly with clients, teamwork and team cooperation, deep understanding of a large variety of matters, strong adaptability and critical thinking.
Experience in general commercial consultancy and M&A is a plus.

OUR PRACTICAL REQUIREMENTS
– previous experience of 1 to 6 years in dispute resolution;
– proficiency in legal English (written and spoken);
– other foreign languages are a plus;
– open-mindedness;
– critical thinking;
– openness to continuous professional training, team spirit, adaptability and presence of mind;
– proficiency in legal writing, including research and exploring topics of interest in the continuously changing legal field.
