EUROTRIADE is recruiting for a multinational company in Brasov, a professional in the role of Legal Specialist.

REQUIREMENTS
– graduate in Law (ideally) or Letters, Social Sciences, Economics, with interest in the juridical field or Intellectual Property;
– ideally, a person with experience in the juridical field, preferably in a notary’s or lawyer’s office; however candidates without experience are also suitable;
– fluently spoken and written English;
– service oriented towards our clients and colleagues.

RESPONSIBILITIES
– handle all needed legal formalities (powers of attorney, register documentation, invoices);
– cooperate with clients, IP offices worldwide, external law firms and notaries;
– perform specific administrative tasks including filing;
– use our in-house software-database for administering projects under your responsibility;
– communicate effectively with clients in English, mostly by e-mail.
