PAVEL, MĂRGĂRIT & ASSOCIATES Romanian Law Firm is looking for an Associate Lawyer specialized in Litigation and Dispute Resolution cases to work with our team in high value mandates and top clients.
As an Associate Litigation lawyer in our team, you will work on various litigation cases, civil, commercial, administrative, insolvency and bankruptcy files for corporate clients and high-profile individuals.
The candidate should have a very good knowledge in civil law and experience in working with a law firm representing corporate clients in complex litigation cases.
The legal work will involve a mix of challenging disputes and resolution cases, analyze claims/litigation to effectively participate in decisions related to resolution strategy, handle or assist with court proceeding, assist in all aspects of litigation, including case preparation, tracking and communication of case-related dates and information, and the review and preparation of documents, reports and correspondence.
In our legal team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to major projects in the industry, while working with high caliber clients.
As an Associate Lawyer, you will have well defined objectives and performance appraisal evaluation.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
– over 6 years’ experience working across a range of litigation matters in a Romanian law firms’ environment;
– good communicator in English, advanced juridical writing in English;
– excellent drafting skills, problem solver, loyalty and dedication, integrity;
– commercial thinker, notable experience in dealing with international clients, experience in working with cross border transactions, team player, the ability to prioritize work time across a number of busy matters, a strong client service focus and proper work ethic, good communicator, flexible and adaptable person.
