LUCU & ASSOCIATES is a business law firm that celebrated 15 years of activity this February. We advise exclusively legal entities — domestic and international — across industries such as HoReCa, construction, real estate development, manufacturing, market research, tourism, and private education. Our work involves established companies, international brands, and entrepreneurial businesses requiring ongoing legal support.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO
– has solid experience (8+ years) in civil and commercial law, corporate advisory, labor and contract law;
– is comfortable providing day-to-day legal advice to corporate clients;
– is proficient in English;
– combines strong legal rigor with high autonomy and client-facing confidence.

We are a team of five lawyers, so this is not a narrowly defined role. It involves contract drafting, review and negotiation, as well as day-to-day legal advice on commercial, corporate, employment and compliance matters for business clients across several industries.

Our colleague will serve as a direct point of contact for company founders, directors and in-house legal teams.

Some cases are complex and strategic. Others are straightforward. We are looking for someone who approaches both with the same level of professionalism, rigor, and accountability.
