KONECNA & ZACHA, Bucharest office, is looking for a fully qualified lawyer.
AS A FULLY QUALIFIED LAWYER IN OUR TEAM YOU WILL HAVE TO ACCOMPLISH THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES
– various activities that need to be accomplished in the areas of corporate law, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, litigation;
– research activities, drafting legal opinions, documents for the authorities, legal courts;
– correspondence with clients;
– drafting and reviewing contracts and memos.
REQUIREMENTS AND NECESSARY EXPERIENCE
– fully qualified lawyer with 2-3 years experience in the field;
– good communicator, solution-oriented;
– proficient writing and speaking in English (very important);
– familiarity in working with the MS Office package (Word, Excel);
– flexible and adaptable person.
