NESTOR NESTOR DICULESCU KINGSTON PETERSEN is looking for a lawyer to join our team in the Intellectual Property and CyberLaw Practice.
We are looking for talented and highly-motivated lawyers with a strong academic background, practical experience and mindset, able to work seamlessly both with colleagues and the firm’s clients and who are committed to further developing their career as lawyers.
Our lawyers and counselors provide specialist advice on virtually the entire spectrum of intellectual property matters, with focus on trademarks, designs, trade dress and get-ups, copyright, trade names, domain names, IP transactional, IP litigation, enforcement and border measures, across various industry sectors such as automotive, technology, telecommunications, media and entertainment, gambling, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, fashion, luxury goods, software, tobacco, and food and beverages. The CyberLaw is a fast-developing area in which we also assist national and multinational clients.
NNDKP IP is recognized as one of the leading players in the Intellectual Property field, being constantly included in the rankings prepared by reputed legal guides such as Managing Intellectual Property, IAM Patent 1000, WTR 1000, Chambers Europe and Legal 500 ever since their first research conducted on the Romanian market. REQUIREMENTS
– three or four years of experience in intellectual property law;
– outstanding knowledge of commercial and civil law;
– a very good command of English is a must;
– membership with the Industrial Property Attorneys professional bodies is highly appreciated;
– strong analytical and reasoning skills, excellent research, very good legal writing skills;
– pro-active attitude, team player, committed to delivering high-quality legal work.
