GLODEANU PARTNERS is currently looking for talented lawyers with Commercial and Corporate / M&A experience to join the office.

THE CANDIDATE
– should have 5 – 6 years of experience in Commercial and M&A / Corporate practice within recognized law firms; other practice area expertise would be considered an additional value to our team, such as Energy & Regulatory and Banking & Finance;
– should have a law degree from a trustworthy Romanian university and is member of the Bucharest Bar;
– should know English language at an advanced level (written/spoken);
– should be a strong team player, with excellent interpersonal skills;
– should be able to efficiently manage a complex and diverse workload;
– should have the ability to see the big picture;
– should be self-motivated and willing to learn;
– should be able to concentrate to achieve the objectives and tasks received.
