VLĂSCEANU & PARTNERS is seeking new lawyers for our growing team.

CANDIDATE’S PROFILE
– 0-7 years experience;
– fluent in both written and spoken English, other languages are a plus;
– structured logical and analytical thinking with a solution oriented approach;
– must be a member of the Bar;
– must possess excellent organizational and planning abilities;
– must be analytical characters with peculiar focus on details;
– must have the ability to interact with people and lead them towards the desired result with diplomacy;
– important are qualities like desire to develop, openness to challenge, out-of-the-box thinking.

Areas of expertise (preferably to have worked in at least one of the above): Energy/ Real Estate and Urbanism/ M&A/ Financing/ Commercial contracts/ Construction.
If no experience accrued as lawyer, previous summer internship is a plus.
