THE ROLE
Position: Senior Attorney
Location: Our office in Bucharest, Argentina street (near the Government palace)
Collaboration type: Full-time
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate policies;
– advising on corporate governance matters and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations;
– supporting corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures;
– conducting legal research and providing guidance on emerging legal issues and industry trends.
REQUIREMENTS
– Law degree, admitted to the bar;
– at least 6 (six) years of experience practicing corporate and commercial law, having previously assisted high-profile clients and large companies;
– proficient in English language, written and spoken;
– personal and professional skills we expect;
– strong analytical, research, and writing skills;
– excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
– demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team;
– commitment to upholding ethical standards and client confidentiality.
