ABOUT LUCU & ASSOCIATES
We are a business law firm located in Unirii Square (near the Embassy of Israel) and we are looking for a colleague to join our team.
LUCU & ASOCIAȚII portfolio includes both domestic and foreign companies.

The role is a full-time, on-site position.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IS/HAS
– between 1 to 5 years of post-definitive Bar exams;
– ability to handle both routine and complex legal issues such as but not limited to: perform research and analyse relevant laws, regulations to ensure that companies (clients) comply with applicable legal provisions; elaborate opinions on corporate matters, draft corporate documents, etc.; assist in the negotiation of contracts and agreements;
– in-depth knowledge of Company law and corporate procedures;
– experience in dealing with various public authorities, such as Trade Registry Office, IGI, court houses;
– good command of English language.
