E-INFRA Group is looking for an In-House Lawyer.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lawyer to join our dynamic team at E-INFRA Group and its affiliated entities. As our colleague, you will play a key role in providing legal advice and guidance across all aspects of our operations, with a focus on real estate.

RESPONSIBILITIES
– provide legal advice and guidance on all aspects of the companies’ operations, covering both day-to-day and strategic business affairs, with an ephasis in areas such as Offer legal assistance in areas such as Commercial and Real Estate matters, ensuring full legal compliance;
– draft and review a wide range of contracts, including real estate acquisition agreements and supply contracts for products and services; oversee contract management processes;
– identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks;
– proactively communicate with management, proposing effective legal strategies; collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Management, Finance, and Operations teams, to address legal concerns and minimize risks;
– provide updates on legislative and regulatory changes that may impact E-INFRA Group and insights on potential business implications.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
– minimum 8 years of professional experience as a lawyer;
– proficiency in both spoken and written English;
– advanced legal knowledge with a focus on real estate and commercial;
– proven ability to work independently;
– strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills;
– exceptional accuracy and a results-driven mindset;
– effective time and priority management skills;
– excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen ability to identify and manage legal risks;
– team-oriented approach, with strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
