VD LAW GROUP is looking for M&A, Corporate and Real Estate lawyers in Bucharest with 3 to 5 years of experience.

REQUIREMENTS
– 3+ years of legal experience as a lawyer in Romania, with a focus on Corporate, M&A, and/or Real Estate matters;
– proven ability to provide practical legal advice on complex transactions and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
– strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail;
– ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines effectively;
– demonstrated collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work well across diverse teams;
– excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
NICE TO HAVE
– knowledge of Romanian and European regulatory frameworks applicable to corporate transactions, mergers & acquisitions, and real estate;
– experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, including share purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, sale-purchase agreements, leases, and construction agreements;
– familiarity with due diligence processes and regulatory compliance for corporate and real estate transactions.
