WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
If you’re early in your legal career and passionate about employment law, we want to hear from you! Here’s what we’re after:
– member of the Bucharest Bar or any Romanian Bar Association;
– 1–4 years of professional experience;
– a team player with a positive, proactive, can-do attitude;
– able to balance creative thinking with a strong sense of structure;
– prior experience in employment law, corporate & regulatory matters;
– solid understanding of civil and procedural law;
– basic knowledge of data protection is a plus;
– fluent in English – both written and spoken;
– excellent legal reasoning, research & writing skills.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative team and work closely with senior lawyers on exciting and diverse projects, including:
– legal research on case law & doctrine;
– drafting and reviewing various legal documents (contracts, policies, memos, opinions, summons, defenses, etc.);
– supporting on disciplinary procedures, collective negotiations & grievance cases;
– employment law due diligence;
– occasional court hearing attendance.
