Our Real Estate and Corporate practices advise local and international clients on high-profile and complex transactions across diverse industries. We are seeking experienced and motivated lawyers to join our team and play a key role in the further development of these practices.
REQUIREMENTS
– 4+ years of legal experience as a lawyer in Romania, with a focus on Real Estate and Corporate matters;
– solid experience in advising on complex real estate transactions and corporate structuring projects;
– proven ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
– strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail;
– ability to work independently, manage multiple workstreams, and meet tight deadlines;
– demonstrated collaboration and relationship-building skills;
– excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
NICE TO HAVE
– significant experience in drafting and negotiating sale-purchase agreements, lease agreements, development and construction agreements, shareholders’ agreements, and corporate documentation;
– hands-on involvement in due diligence processes for real estate acquisitions and corporate transactions;
– experience in coordinating multi-party transactions and working with international clients.
