act legal Romania is looking for a Managing Associate | Corporate, M&A.

With over 400 lawyers across 19 offices in Europe’s key markets, we work closely together, within our team and with our clients, to help them make confident decisions.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
– member of the Bucharest Bar with 5+ years of strong consultancy experience;
– proven track record in Corporate M&A, of which at least 4 years in the Corporate M&A practice of the Bucharest office of an international law firm or in a top Romanian law firm;
– analytical thinker focused on identifying solutions;
– proactive, team-minded, entrepreneurial – someone who takes ownership, not just instructions;
– fluent English, curious mind & fresh ideas.
