ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an Associate Lawyer with 3–5 years of professional experience to join our team at our Bucharest office. This is a full-time, on-site position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting thorough legal research, representing clients before courts and administrative authorities, and providing legal advice and consultations. The role also involves working closely with colleagues on complex litigation and advisory matters, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and professional standards.
Beyond technical competence, we place particular importance on mindset and professional attitude. We are looking for a results-oriented lawyer who focuses not merely on completing assigned tasks, but on achieving meaningful outcomes for clients. Attention to detail, accountability, and reliability are essential. We value professionals who take ownership of their work and can be consistently relied upon.
The ideal candidate is confident in expressing well-reasoned legal arguments, open in communicating challenges when they arise and proactive in seeking solutions. QUALIFICATIONS
– excellent legal drafting and writing skills, with proven experience in preparing contracts, legal opinions, and official documentation;
– strong ability to conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis, addressing complex legal issues and delivering practical solutions tailored to client needs;
– solid knowledge of core areas of law, including business law, civil procedure, and corporate law. Experience in capital markets and intellectual property law is highly desirable;
– demonstrated courtroom advocacy and client representation skills, combined with a professional, diplomatic, and client-focused approach;
– outstanding organizational and time management abilities, with a proven capacity to manage multiple cases and meet tight deadlines effectively;
– fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset.;
– bar admission with 3–5 years of experience in a reputable law firm or comparable legal environment.;
– ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented setting.
