VD LAW GROUP is looking for Junior and Associate Lawyers for its Corporate, M&A, FinTech and Litigation practice areas.

In response to the dynamic nature of the business landscape, we have developed dedicated practice areas focused on Corporate, M&A, FinTech, alongside a strong litigation and dispute resolution practice supporting clients in complex commercial, corporate, regulatory, and technology-related disputes.
We are looking for aspiring lawyers who possess a strong academic foundation, solid technical skills, and the ability to simplify complex legal matters. The ideal candidates are committed to excellence, effective problem solvers, and thrive in collaborative, team-oriented environments.
The role offers exposure to complex and high-impact projects, including corporate and M&A transactions, fintech and regulatory matters, litigation and dispute resolution, technology-driven projects, blockchain, AI, real estate, and commercial disputes.
Lawyers joining our team will have the opportunity to interact directly with clients, attend meetings and conferences, and contribute to large-scale projects with both local and international relevance.
REQUIREMENTS
– strong academic background and solid legal reasoning skills;
– interest or experience in Corporate, M&A, FinTech, Litigation, or related practice areas;
– good understanding of civil law, commercial law, civil procedure, and regulatory matters;
– ability to provide practical legal advice and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
– strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail;
– ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines effectively;
– strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work well across diverse teams;
– excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
