BEREA LEGAL is looking for a Business Lawyer.
We are growing and we want you on board!
📍 Bucharest | Full-time
⚖️ 3–5 years experience
BEREA LEGAL is a business law firm with a strong focus on M&A, corporate and technology law, advising technology companies, founders, investors and international businesses on sophisticated transactions and day-to-day strategic legal matters.
Our work combines strong transactional experience with significant exposure to the technology sector and international projects. We advise on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, corporate matters, equity financing and investment projects, as well as complex commercial and technology arrangements. This gives our lawyers the opportunity to work at the intersection of law, business and technology, often in an international environment.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR a smart, motivated lawyer with 3–5 years’ experience who is ready to take the next step in their career. You will work closely with experienced lawyers and be directly involved in meaningful client work from day one, with particular exposure to M&A and corporate transactions, technology companies and equity financing projects.
You will thrive with us if you have curiosity, initiative, strong analytical skills and commercial awareness, together with adaptability and a can-do attitude. Previous experience in M&A and corporate law is important, while exposure to technology companies, VC//PE/equity financing or cross-border transactions would be a strong advantage. An excellent command of English, both written and spoken, is a must.
In return, WE OFFER a competitive remuneration package and performance bonuses, meaningful responsibility and direct client exposure, mentorship and genuine learning opportunities, as well as a supportive environment in which to develop as a business lawyer while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
