SÎRBU & VORNICU LAW is expanding its team!

We’re looking for a Lawyer with at least 2–3 years of experience, with previous exposure to Construction Law, Public Procurement, Arbitration & Energy, as well as an interest in litigation and contentious work.

You don’t need to have worked extensively across all these areas, but you should already have relevant experience in some of them and be interested in developing further within a highly specialised practice.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
– work on complex construction, procurement and energy matters;
– assist and represent clients in arbitration and court proceedings;
– work on contractual claims and disputes;
– contribute directly to legal analysis, drafting and case strategy;
– work closely with partners, clients and experts.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
– member of the Bar Association;
– at least 2–3 years of professional experience;
– previous exposure to construction, procurement, arbitration, energy and/or litigation;
– excellent legal analysis and drafting skills;
– very good command of English;
– independent, rigorous and with a keen eye for detail.
