REQUIREMENTS
– Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Corporate and M&A;
– Legal Expertise: Strong knowledge of commercial and civil law;
– Key Skills: Excellent legal research and analytical abilities, strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, and the ability to interpret and apply complex legislation;
– Personal Attributes: Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to learn and develop professionally;
– Collaboration: A proactive mindset and a collaborative approach;
– Languages: Very good command of English;
– Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
