RTPR | Radu Taracila Padurari Retevoescu SCA is looking for a Lawyer with 2-4 years of Banking & Finance experience, excellent English, strong analytical skills and, above all, curiosity, initiative and the drive to become a better lawyer.

You don’t become a great finance lawyer by only drafting documents. You become one by understanding the deal behind them.

At RTPR, you will be involved in complex Romanian and cross-border financing transactions from an early stage – working closely with partners and senior lawyers, taking increasing responsibility and learning how deals are structured, negotiated and closed.
Our Banking & Finance practice is ranked Tier 1 in all legal directories: Chambers, Legal 500 and IFLR1000. Across the firm, 17 RTPR lawyers are individually recognised by IFLR1000 – more than at any other Romanian law firm.

We work in lean teams where younger lawyers are encouraged to ask questions, contribute and develop their own judgement.
