REQUIREMENTS
– 1-2 years work experience in corporate, M&A and/or labour field in a business law firm is a significant plus;
– in-depth knowledge of the civil, commercial and labour legislation;
– excellent command of English;
– advanced computer skills;
– good communication and organizational skills.

ABOUT THE JOB
The candidate shall become a part of the Corporate, M&A and Labour team, quality in which he/she will provide assistance and representation to clients in a wide range of matters. The selected candidate will provide support to senior lawyers in legal research, drafting, reviewing documentation, preparing solid legal advice and deal negotiation.
