Our client, one of the top financial groups in Romania is looking for a responsible and experienced Senior Legal Advisor – Retail.
In this role, you will ensure issuing of legal approvals and legal opinions regarding retail banking products. You will offer legal assistance on various issues in relation with products and services of the bank for the retail division.
You are involved in approving standard documentation of banking products for retail, as well as internal regulations of the bank in conformity with existing procedures.
You will provide legal notices and opinions with regard to products and services of the financial group, as well as regarding internal rules and regulations.
You will be involved in property legal authorization for the properties used as guarantee. You will participate in working meetings with internal clients regarding various legal aspects, or internal procedures.
You have University Degree in Law, completed by minimum five years of experience in legal consultancy, banking, or private practice. You have proven experience, or collaborating with financial institutions and you have excellent knowledge of legislation regarding companies and banking. Having a thorough understanding of general financial and economic principles you demonstrate also good communication skills. Excellent analysis and information correlation are completed by a strong interest in legal aspect of product development in banking.
You are a results oriented person, proving in the same time to be a highly ethical profile with excellent reputation. Good level of computer skills (Windows, MS-Office, Word, Power-Point, Outlook) is required, as well as excellent command of English.
