Our client, one of the top financial groups in Romania is looking for a responsible and experienced Legal Team Coordinator – Corporate.
In this role, you will ensure coordination of the corporate team and will supervise conformity of the documents issued by team members (legal opinions and legal approvals, banking products development, contractual standards and other legal documents).
You will provide legal notices and opinions with regard to products and services of the financial group, as well as regarding internal rules and regulations.
You will design standard agreement forms for the corporate team transactions and you will be responsible for on time solving of occurring issues inside team.
You will partner with business in order to identify solutions and implement best legal approach in the corporate division.
You have University Degree in Law, completed by minimum five years of experience in legal consultancy, banking, or private practice. You have proven experience, or collaborations with financial institutions and you have excellent knowledge of legislation regarding companies and banking. Having a thorough understanding of general financial and economic principles you are skilled in negotiation with business partners and in skillfully influencing complex matters.
Excellent analysis and correlation of information are completed by good planning and decision making skills. Able to motivate and engage team you are a skilled leader who gains commitment and builds expertise.
You are a client and results oriented person, proving in the same time to be a highly ethical profile, with excellent reputation.
Good level of computer skills (Windows, MS-Office, Word, Power-Point, Outlook) is required, as well as excellent command of English.
