EMIRATES LEGAL is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate (5 to 6 Years PQE) corporate Lawyer, with excellent drafting skills.

Four (4) years of work experience in a reputable law firm is mandatory.

If you have litigation experience as well, it is a plus.

Require at least two (2) English publications in a leading law journal or something equivalent.

The applicant must be extremely fluent in English, should possess excellent writing skills, as if English is your first language.

Preference shall be given to those applicants who possess a master’s degree from a reputed U.S., U.K., Canadian or an Australian University.

The concerned applicant should have the relevant experience in drafting commercial agreements, and in leading commercial transactions. Ideally, we would prefer an applicant who has both litigation and corporate experience.

This is a Senior Associate position and you should be able to lead a team and work independently, with minimal supervision.

Position is immediate. Salary commensurate with work experience.

If relocation to Dubai is not possible, we are open to a discussion on working from Bucharest on a full-time basis according to local working hours in Dubai.
