JOB DESCRIPTION
An opportunity is available for a high performing, young and ambitious Real estate lawyer to join our team in Bucharest.

Our highly regarded Real estate team advises top tier clients on acquisitions and disposals, as well as in relation to construction and lease activities, often as part of a multi-jurisdictional team comprising of lawyers from DLA Piper offices around the world.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
To be considered for this opportunity you will need to have between 2 and 5 years post admission experience at a recognized business law firm. You will also need to demonstrate a strong willingness to pursue a carrier in Real estate area as well as a track record of consistent high performance during the academic studies and good results at the Bar admission exam.

CERINŢE PROFESIONALE
– admis în profesia de avocat;
– cunoştinţe solide de drept civil, procesual civil şi societar, precum şi cunoștințe privind procedurile de la registrul comerţului;
– abilităţi de comunicare şi de negociere, spirit de echipă, flexibilitate, eficienţă şi responsabilitate;
– utilizează cu ușurință construcții gramaticale complexe și vocabular bogat în limba română (scris și vorbit);

RESPONSABILITĂŢI
– studierea temeinică a dosarelor încredinţate;
– urmărirea modificărilor legislative;
– redactarea de cereri de chemare în judecată, note scrise, concluzii, etc;
– realizarea operaţiunilor ce ţin de Registrul Comerţului;
– documentarea juridică în vederea formulării acţiunilor în instanţă;
– redactare/depuneri/ridicări cereri în instanţă şi la diverse instituţii;
– gestionarea activităţilor de traducere şi legalizare a actelor necesare în dosarele în care este implicat;
– menţinerea constantă a relaţiilor cu instanţele judecătoreşti, precum şi cu celelalte autorităţi;
– reprezentare în fața diverselor autorități.

EMIRATES LEGAL is seeking a highly qualified lawyer | Corporate

EMIRATES LEGAL is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate (5 to 6 Years PQE) corporate Lawyer, with excellent drafting skills.

Four (4) years of work experience in a reputable law firm is mandatory.

If you have litigation experience as well, it is a plus.

Require at least two (2) English publications in a leading law journal or something equivalent.

The applicant must be extremely fluent in English, should possess excellent writing skills, as if English is your first language.

Preference shall be given to those applicants who possess a master’s degree from a reputed U.S., U.K., Canadian or an Australian University.

The concerned applicant should have the relevant experience in drafting commercial agreements, and in leading commercial transactions. Ideally, we would prefer an applicant who has both litigation and corporate experience.

This is a Senior Associate position and you should be able to lead a team and work independently, with minimal supervision.

Position is immediate. Salary commensurate with work experience.

If relocation to Dubai is not possible, we are open to a discussion on working from Bucharest on a full-time basis according to local working hours in Dubai.
