– knowledge of corporate and commercial matters / dispute resolution;
– experience in either of contract law, constructions & transport infrastructure, labour law, IT & Data Protection, banking & finance matters is a plus;
– fluent English skills – both written and spoken;
– professional driven with a positive, responsive attitude.
