LTJ & PARTNERS is looking for mid-level lawyer.

Legal practice at LTJ & Partners is about creative thinking and innovative solutions to our client’s business issues. We are a law firm with focus on small and medium growing businesses for foreign and local clients, providing them with a high quality of legal services. We are well positioned for growth and currently we are looking for a mid-level lawyer, with at least 3 years experience in the field of civil law.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
– drafting of legal documents, legal opinions, corporate documents and agreements;
– providing consultations and advice to our clients through delivering correct and practical solutions;
– researching legal regulations and providing analysis for legal opinions;
– contributing ideas/opinions to the team.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
– at least 3 years of experience within a law firm, or as in-house lawyer, in the field of Civil law;
– fluency in English;
– analytical and critical thinking as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
– high level of commitment and dedication.
