YOU
– presentable appearance;
– positive and friendly attitude;
– fluent in English;
– good command of MS applications.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
– greet and welcome clients, couriers and suppliers;
– answer and direct incoming calls;
– receive and distribute correspondence;
– help with the business travel arrangements for lawyers;
– perform certain clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, archiving etc.
