VENTURES’n’LAW is looking for a Technology Lawyer (full-time, remote).

We’re a remote law firm working exclusively on technology projects of companies in different stages of development. Since 2020, we have worked with:
– some of the most promising Romanian startups and scaleups, such as 123FormBuilder, Meetgeek, BonApp, Pago, Questo or Milluu;
– foundational initiatives building the ecosystem, such as Codette, TechAngels or Defcamp;
– companies providing digital services, such as BitSentinel, Grapefruit, ixperi or Mobiversal.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR A NEW COLLEAGUE THAT
– is licensed to practice as a Romanian lawyer;
– has 3-5 years of practicing law, out of which at least 3 years of experience working in a big national law firm or local branch of an international law firm;
– (ideally) provable expertise in one or more of the following areas: intellectual property; startup investments & transactions; personal data protection; day-to-day commercial agreements; ESOP/VSOPs
– ready to work remote or already doing it;
– standing out for at least one of the following two:
(1) curiosity: e.g. you’re the one asking the “whys” and looking for the latest legal opinions on a particular topic;
(2) thoroughness: e.g. each of your drafts looks like a final version.
