WHAT IS BENEFIT SYSTEMS?

HOW DOES THE BENEFIT PLATFORM WORK?
The employer concludes a contract and sends a list of employees with the corresponding monthly budget. The platform works like an online store where each employee has secure access to a wide range of flexible benefits, offers and discounts, within the budget provided by the employer. The employer thus outsources a service that would have taken the company’s internal resources, both time wise, as well as human or financial.

YOU WILL VIBE WITH US
You will provide support in the public affairs activity within the company. You will contribute to public policy making at a national level.
You will:
− research and examine legislation and regulatory proposals;
− Monitor Government & Parliament initiatives related to the industry. Proactively research the political framework to identify what changes could be beneficial and what trends could impact society, either positively or negatively;
− act as a consultant to Government officials, advocacy groups and other stakeholders to implement public policies;
− identify key stakeholders in the decision-making process at local, national and European level. Grow relationships and collaborate with various parties;
− elaborate the documentation (position papers, proposals for legislative changes) necessary to support the legislative process;
− ensure adequate representation in relation to Government institutions, Parliament, business associations, trade unions, non-governmental organizations, other authorities;
− attend events and official meetings, such as party conferences or committee hearings.

WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU
You have general education degree or equivalent in International Relations & Economics or Politics and Sociology/Political and Administrative Studies or Communication Studies or Law or Journalism.
You have:
− parliament or central and local Government relationships, policy experience, strategic understanding of legislative process;
− proficient knowledge of legislative processes;
− outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written;
− diplomacy and analytical skills;
− ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
− easy to network;
− strong attention to details;
− demonstrated experience in using Microsoft Office package.
Language required: Romanian &English.
