PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS
– Law school graduate and Bar membership;
– more than 4 years of professional relevant experience (e.g. involvement in real estate transactions, real estate due diligence processes, real estate finance, real estate advisory, real estate litigation;
– sound knowledge of commercial and civil law;
– sound legal reasoning, thoroughness, ability to work on multiple projects;
– proficient legal writing skills;
– good communication skills and team worker, collaborative approach;
– fluency in written & spoken English.
