ALBU & ASOCIAȚII is recruiting mid level/experienced lawyers (at least 4 years experience) for Business Law Consultancy.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS THAT CANDIDATES SHOULD PREFERABLY HAVE
– in-depth knowledge of civil and commercial law, contract law;
– drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts for design and construction. complex subcontracting agreements, joint venture/consortium agreements;
– strong writing skills and analytical thinking in establishing the contracts’ structure and plan;
– proving legal advice/assistance to high-profile clients.
