LEGALLY REMOTE is looking for a Junior Associate.

PROFILE OF THE CANDIDATE
– Lawyer (member of a Romanian Bar Association) with 2-3 years experience;
– intrapreneurial and dynamic spirit, with initiative and creativity;
– persuasive and open to novelty;
– flexible mind;
– advanced knowledge of the English language;
– willingness to learn and develop;
– organisational skills and working with various applications and technologies – Calendar, CRM, Cloud, etc.
– good communication skills – written and oral – and teamwork;
– strong desire to continuously learn, acquire new knowledge and apply that knowledge;
– knowledge of the MacOS operating system is a plus.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
– drafting and revision of contracts, agreements and various documentation;
– drafting of legal opinions, memoranda, due diligence reports, notices, additional documents and any other documents necessary in the relationship and for clients;
– legal assistance and representation before national and/or European/international public authorities (ONRC, OSIM, IGI, EUIPO etc.);
– participating in internal discussions and adopting legal strategies;
– continuous information about the legal fields of the office – read new legislation, legal commentaries, specialised articles, summarise information, etc.;
– different database monitoring.
