As part of Herzfeld & Rubin P.C., an internationally-known law firm headquartered in New York, RMDT is one of the top law firms in Romania, offering professional legal advice, at the highest standards, for over 20 years.
We are expanding our business advisory department and we are seeking to recruit high-achieving individuals to join our team of outstanding lawyers.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Essential
– university degree from a top-tier academic establishment with a relevant academic record;
– valid practicing license as a lawyer in Romania;
– significant experience (at least five years) in dealing with multi-national clients and complex multi-disciplinary tasks;
– excellent command of English (written and spoken);
– strong organisational and coordination skills, particularly manifest in case files management, time management, multi-tasking and work under pressure.

Desirable
– solid background in business law, with a focus on contract law, competition & distribution, EU and foreign trade, capital markets;
– capacity to perform high-quality research and in-depth analysis of both EU and national law and to stay up-to-date with the latest EU and national regulatory and policy developments;
– very good interpersonal and communication skills;
– proactive attitude, able to synthesize, prioritize and make fast and timely decisions.
