THE OPPORTUNITY
BĂNCILĂ, DIACONU și ASOCIAȚII SPRL is actively recruiting Senior Lawyers for the M&A / Commercial / Real Estate practice.
SUCCESSFUL SKILLS AND ABILITIES
– being senior lawyer (presence in the Bucharest Bar or another bar in Romania);
– 3-6 years of professional experience in commercial law and M&A within a law firm;
– experience in Real Estate projects is a plus;
– solid legal knowledge, analytical spirit, and effective experience in Civil Law and Corporate Law;
– good command of the English language;
– ability to work both individually and in a team;
– flexibility, proactivity, interpersonal skills, and a desire for learning and development;
– pragmatic approach, focus on the commercial needs of the client;
– team spirit, focus on understanding the needs of clients and the market.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– conducting activities in a pleasant and dynamic team, focusing on constructive approaches and identifying innovative solutions;
– managing complex corporate, commercial, and real estate law projects;
– managing projects regarding business transfers, mergers, and transactions;
– drafting or reviewing contracts;
– drafting or reviewing memoranda on various legal aspects;
– conducting due diligence analyses.
